How can I reach someone regarding my web order?
If you have any questions regarding an order placed online, please feel free to contact us via the E-mail indicate on your order copy or use the contact us form.

When will my order arrive?
For items in stock, please allow us 24-72 hours from your order date for your order to ship out of our store. UPS Ground delivery takes between 3-7 days depending on your location.

How much will it cost to ship my order?
We currently offer a free shipping promotion in USA only.  USA orders are shipped via UPS Ground and Int'l order via USPS.

Do you offer combined shipping?
Yes, we can combine items if they are purchased on the same day.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Please see our store policy for returns and exchanges.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?
After you have placed you order online, you may make changes to your order or cancel all or part of your order within 24 hours via e-mail at [email protected]
We cannot change or cancel an order once it has been shipped.

Can I order multiples of an item?
Please check with us via email [email protected] for availability. While we can reorder some of our items, others are one-of-a-kind, and come in limited quantities.

What if an item I ordered is backordered or unavailable?
chic24hours can't always guarantee availability of all products. If you have ordered an item that is no longer available or if an item will be delayed in shipping, we will notify you of the situation via email. We do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be shipped and, of course, we do not bill you for items that are not available.

Do you have other items not shown that can be sold over the web?
